A Xero Health Check is a review of your Xero account by a Xero Certified Advisor. The goal is to ensure that your accounts are running smoothly, and where we find any issues we help you understand how to fix them. Where we see potential opportunities in your file, we’ll be sure to let you know.

How a Xero Health Check Works
1. Enquire Online.
The first step is to fill out our online enquiry form. We use this to gather some basic information so that we can get in touch, say hi and answer any questions that you might have.
2. Xero Access.
You invite us into your Xero file. We’ll show you how to add us as a user. Your data is completely safe with us and we guarantee you confidentiality and privacy.
3. Xero Health Check.
We run through our 100+ point checklist to identify any issues in your Xero file and with the setup. Our goal is to ensure that your bookkeeping is tax compliant, accurate and efficient. This step typically takes around a week from the time we gain access.
We provide you with a detailed report of our findings. We’ll also schedule a 30 minute call at a time convenient to you so that we can discuss our findings. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have.
