This is a structured program where you get unlimited support as we show you just how to generate predictable sales, improve your net profit, control your cash flow, build up capacity and decrease your time working in the business.
This is a high intensity mentorship and coaching program that is designed to bring out the best in you and your business. We have built a multi disciplinary team whose sole goal is to help you develop a business that grows successfully and with intent, all wrapped up in the lifestyle package that you want to live.
To ensure the highest level of attention, we only take on a limited number of clients for this program each quarter and to ensure that you are just the person we are looking for, we will ask you to answer a few questions about yourself and your business before we schedule a time to conduct an initial Strategy Session.
Because of the tailored nature of the program which is customised to suit your specific business needs, we will only be able to provide you with an idea of price, and more importantly the results you could expect from this investment once we have a better understanding of you and your business.
What you can expect
The Profit Improvement Program will require commitment from you. We hold a number of Workshops and Intensives that will form the basis of how we unpack each of the monthly projects. You can bring up to 6 people from your team to contribute to these events.
Each month there is a specific deliverable that will physically build the foundation for your future business. The four components to this Program are:

- Cash
- Capacity
- Clients
The strategy that we build together will be used directly in the the development of later three quarters that follow. With specific and measurable outcomes being the objective, our plan rolls out over 12 months with a review period at the end to debrief and take stock of all of the lessons learned and frame up the following 12 months strategy.

Month 1 is a full day discovery and strategy workshop. In this day, we aim to work through all areas of your business to develop a deep understanding of your current position and where you want to be. This forms the basis for the development of a personalised plan for the following 12 months.
This is about setting the foundations for your future growth. One where you are in control and are building in a sustainable business producing consistent cash flow.
